  • Professional Data: Resumes/CVs, employment history, code repositories (GitHub/GitLab), and portfolio links.
  • Technical Assessment Data: Results from coding challenges or technical interviews conducted via our platform.

2. How We Use Your Data

We do not sell your personal data to third-party data brokers. We use your data exclusively for:

  • Matching: Analyzing your skills and experience to match you with relevant job opportunities using algorithmic and human vetting.
  • Communication: Facilitating interview requests and salary offers.
  • Platform Improvement: Analyzing aggregated, anonymized data to improve our matching algorithms.

3. Data Sharing & Anonymity

For Candidates: Your profile may be presented to Employers in an "anonymized" format (hiding your name and current employer) until you accept an interview request, unless you opt-in to full visibility.

  • Employers: Verified companies looking to hire talent.
  • Service Providers: Third-party vendors who perform services on our behalf (e.g., cloud hosting, email delivery), bound by confidentiality obligations.
  • Legal Requirements: If required by law or subpoena.
