Trust and transparency
EXZEV editorial policy
This policy explains what our recruitment content is for, how we label its ownership, and how we handle claims that can change or require context.
Last reviewed: September 5, 2026
Written for a hiring decision
Our guides should help a founder, executive or hiring manager define a role, evaluate evidence, design an interview process or understand a recruitment engagement. Pages are not created solely to capture a keyword.
Named ownership and review dates
Long-form guides identify an author. Role pages show when their supporting content was last reviewed. A changed date should reflect a meaningful content review, not an automated freshness update.
Facts, estimates and company claims stay distinct
External facts should be supported by an appropriate source. EXZEV operating claims are presented as company claims. Salary ranges, talent-pool sizes and market scores on role pages are EXZEV estimates generated from the role and location context, not third-party survey measurements.
Candidate privacy and public snapshots
Role pages use masked candidate-style snapshots to demonstrate the fields available in the product. Real candidate identity and contact information are shared only in the context of a live search and subject to the relevant privacy and consent requirements.
Corrections over silent rewriting
If a material statement is incomplete or wrong, we update it and, where useful to the reader, change the visible review date. Readers can flag an issue through our company contact channels.
Questions or corrections
Send the URL and the statement you believe needs review through our hiring request form or the EXZEV company page on LinkedIn. We will assess it against the underlying source or operating record.
